For this Hairstylist, the Stretch with the Weighted Pole on the Spine Corrector helps to correct her overly Kyphotic posture and forward head.
This is also a deep stretch of the Psoas, when breathing into the back of the ribs and pulling the Transverse abdominal taught.
We do this movement at the end of her session after she’s nicely circulated, so that her spine and neck can get the most benefit from the movement as well as set the new posture position in her body for the rest of the day!
