Jill Cassady is one of Southern California’s leading Pilates authorities, with 30+ years of teaching and innovation. She is the only California trainer to have extensively studied and worked directly with Romana Kryzanowska, Joseph Pilates’s protégé, and she also trained with Ron Fletcher. As lead instructor at Pilates Technique, she has certified 400+ instructors, led continuing education workshops, produced the instructional video “Pregnancy for Pilates,” and designed equipment such as the Foot Corrector and Wunda Chair, now part of a growing line at pilatesmade.com. A former national-level gymnast and professional dancer with a UC Irvine degree in Dance and Teaching, she trained in New York at Drago’s Gym before launching her Teacher Training Program in Los Angeles in 1995. Jill works with rehab, athletes, dancers, pre- and postnatal clients, and fellow instructors, and she believes Pilates is for everyone.
